When it comes to live sound, performing musicians demand two things: tonal accuracy and volume. QSC RMX 2450 Power Amplifiers are a low cost solution for professional stage amplification, providing top quality sound in a surprisingly small and affordable package. The QSC RMX 2450 is capable of operating in both monaural and stereo modes, making it suitable for use as a stage amplifier for instrumentalists, vocalists, DJs, or front of house systems.

The maximum rated power output of the RMX 2450 is 2400 watts when operating in bridged mono mode, or up to 1200 watts per channel when driving a pair of 2 ohm stereo speakers. With clipping detection enabled, the RMX 2450 automatically senses when the input load is too high and may potentially cause a blown speaker, reducing the internal volume of the amp to prevent damage. This feature may also be disabled if desired. Along with clipping detection, the RMX 2450 has internal fault protection circuitry to prevent any components from being damaged by a sagging or spiking power supply. These features are combined with an internal heat sink and fan combo, designed to help the unit remain within the proper operating temperature range even under the harshest stage lights.
