Peavey CS2000 Power Amplifiers are an excellent choice for a band that is playing medium venues, and is ready to upgrade from smaller combo amps, due to their ability to output sound with a great deal of power, and their protective circuitry enabling them to withstand a great deal of abuse. Also, the CS2000 is able to detect when the input sent to the amplifier is distorted, and lower the output volume before it reaches the speakers, preventing damage to them.

The CS3000 delivers extremely accurate sound reproduction on similarly high-powered speakers, with punchy bass and crisp highs. It has the endurance to survive all-day music events, and harsh road conditions. Although this is certainly not recommended, there have been numerous reports of the CS3000 being dropped on hard surfaces, and surviving. Peavey backs the CS3000 with a five year warranty.
