Crown CDI 1000 Power Amp The Crown CDi 1000 is a power amplifier meant for installed sound applications, such as front of house audio for clubs, churches, and other meeting halls, and studio monitors. In addition to its 1400 watts of maximum power in bridged mono mode, the CDi 1000 is also capable of producing up to 700 watts of power in stereo operation, with 2 ohm speakers.

Using digital signal processing (DSP) technology, the CDi 1000 is able to modify the tone that it produces in a number of different ways, by adding equalization, limiting, crossovers, and delay, allowing you to dial in the perfect tone for your venue or studio and leave it there. The CDi 1000 is also HiQnet compatible, allowing it to interface directly with a computer, which enables owners to drill down even further in customizing their own presets. HiQnet also allows the CDi 1000 to communicate directly with the other devices in your studio, and vice versa.
